PROTECTING YOUR DATA

Your Secrets Are Safe With Us

Data Encryption

When you submit your sensitive data through our form, it is encrypted on your device before being transmitted to our servers. We use Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) encryption, which is recognized as one of the most secure encryption methods available. This ensures that your data is protected from the moment you enter it. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). This is facilitated by our SSL certificate, which ensures that your data is transmitted securely over the internet and cannot be intercepted by malicious actors.

Secure Storage

Your encrypted data is stored on a self-hosted VPS. This means we have full control over the server environment and can implement robus security measures to protect your data. The encrypted data can only be decrypted by authorized personnel within our agency who have the necessary decryption keys. These keys are stored securely and are never shared or exposed. Our VPS is regularly audited for security vulnerabilities. We ensure that all software is up-to-date and apply security patches promptly to mitigate any potential risks.

Additional Security

Access to the server and sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security for accessing sensitive information. We only collect the information necessary for the task at hand and retain it for as long as needed to provide our services. Once the information is no longer required, it is securely deleted. Our systems are continuously monitored for any suspicious activity. We have implemented intrusion detection systems (IDS) to alert us of any potential security breaches.
